For any area where a complex workflow or set of requirements needs to be distilled into a clean workflow or interface, our UX design services are exactly what you need.
We can step into any disorganized setting and find ways to organize the information into clear interfaces and presentations.
The heart of what we do involves time immersed in deep observation of the current system or requirements. It is paramount that we deeply understand the problem at hand, all the players and variables, and any constraints.
During this period, you can expect us to be seeking to interview and observe the people closest to problem at hand. We will be asking a lot of questions until we fully understand the depth and scope of the problem.
If there is also an end product to be built from our recommendations, we would also seek to work with any developers, in order to ensure that any design recommendations fit within the developers' capabilities.
At a minimum, clients can expect to receive one to several design concepts that show options for how to organize the solution.
Designs can be fleshed out into entire clickable prototypes, that can be used for testing with users (to ensure the design works with users' understanding.).
In some cases, we may also be creating workflow maps, organization maps, or other documentation to explain potential solutions.
All designs can be taken through a sequence of evaluation and feedback from stakeholders to sharpen and ensure its effectiveness.
We will wrap up the project with a presentation that covers what we discovered in our observation and factors we found need to be addressed by any solution. We will further make final recommendations for the design with the wireframes or clickthroughs that are presented to stakeholders.
